We really hope you love every item that you purchase from Face-Case, however, if you do need to make a return all returns must meet our overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. If you discover a fault with your item you received please follow these steps:
Damage caused by airline mishandling is not covered by face-case.com. In this instance we advise you to contact the airline responsible as soon as possible (ideally before leaving the airport where the damage took place). *

PLEASE NOTE: We do not exchange or refund any personalised products under any circumstances, unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
Before an item is returned you must contact us via email on contact@face-case.com you will be given the return details and be advised that your order must be returned back to us within 7 working days.
You also have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
